Ingredients
Noodles: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Modified Potato Starch, Salt, Emulsified Oil (Sunflower Oil, Lecithin (Soy)), Alkaline Agent (Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Phosphate), Potato Starch, Onion Extract, Guar Gum, Canola Oil. Sauce: Onion, Water, Black Bean Sauce (Wheat, Black Soybean, Salt), Canola Oil, Cabbage, Potato, Sugar, Soy Protein, Soy Sauce Powder (Soy, Wheat, Salt), Corn Starch, Salt, Ginger Extract, Flavour Enhancer (Sodium Ribonucleotides), Sodium Carbonate.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Add the noodles into 600 ml of boiling water. 2. Boil the noodles for 5 minutes. 3. Drain out the water and leave 2 or 3 tablespoons of water in the bowl. 4. Add seasoning sauce on the noodles. 5. Mix well and serve.
