For soy buttermilk, place 1 tablespoon of organic Edensoy Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of Edensoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil in 1 cup of Edensoy and sit for 3 to 5 minutes until thick.
Use it as you would dairy buttermilk in baking.
